QSE Quick & Simple Encryption is Shareware. The registration fee is only 7,80 EUR/USD. The program has limitations which are removed after licensing:

• The unlicensed version always uses a 40 bit algorithmn, never the 128 bit algorithmn.

• The unlicensed version cannot decode any files which were encoded with a licensed QSE.

• Every file is "blown up" during encrypting to the double size. After deciphering the file assumes her original size again, though.
